• Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
• No parties are allowed at the premises.
• Guests with local ids are not allowed to checkin
• We accept bookings for working profesionals only and not students or families or people with age 45 and above
• Check in time : 12 noon , check out time : 11 am
• Staff is availabe at the property 24 * 7
• check in in dorm rooms not allowed after midnight
• Use of any kind of drugs are strictly prohibited at the property
• Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at front desk
• Guests are required to show a photo identification adhar card/election card/passport/driving license upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs Rs 200 per day.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate:

The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 90% the room rate as cancellation fee.

Non Refundable Rate:

For the non refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee..

Refund policy

The refund amount will be transferred to the same mode of payment in 7 working days
